chwdrhed, I use to have the PM feature but it has been taken away with no explanation, to my knowledge, which leaves our dialogue to exist "in public".
Back on the off-topic discussion...it appears many here disagree with your stance.
If you have an off-topic policy then enforce it across the board...that seems only fair.
