No BoD members have verified SAIC or SAT numbers was their response as no response/or saying "the auditor did its work(laughable)" is a clear "no"




I liked the CEO's BS response to "NASDAQ takes 6-8 months" answer, he just essentially said he was lieing or making material misstatements since the previous PR from the company had him stating uplisting in January and now he is saying it takes 6 months minimum. Well if he knew it was going to take so long why did he say it'd be done in January, which was only 2-3 months?
