SEC judgement will punish Gendarme. Not likely to help us any IMO.
I think RCCH remains poor and without business. I know you don't agree but we will see. It has been years without proof of any real business. I don't see the SEC affecting that.

Assume chill get lifted. We are still IMO a relative shell of a company. Gene needs to prove otherwise and just does not seem capable of accomplishing that.
