It does not sound appealing at all. Where did they get the vodka and rum to begin with? They made it themselves? Actually it could help liqcig. It appears they will get to market first so thru their ad and marketing the public will become aware of the new way to consume then along comes liqcig and the same people will be looking for something better than Palcohol. IMO
