"Yes. And that involves a lot of work, a lot of time, a lot of equipment, and a lot of know-how.
Not a couple of guys with shovels."
Which is why pearl said in the chat that the next 3-6 months they will be hiring workers AND purchasing equipment as well as building up the surrounding roads.
OMG NO ROADS!!!??
Well if you knew anything about the philippines only the major cities have paved roads(and even those are not that great), the rest are dirt. Why? Because 95% of the population does not own a car. If they own anything it is a moped/dirt bike. Masbate is not an urban area and the mining site is probably not an area that is traveled much. I;ve spent 6 months in the country, I've seen it first hand.
Of course it takes time, thats why the PRs say they aren't going to see any revenue until the 4th quarter or even early 2007! That is also why in the chat Pearl said once they get going they will be runing 24/7 operations. Most of the mine is already dug, it is an exisiting mine from pre-WWII. All they have to do is rebuild it so it doesn't collapse on them.
In addition to that the philippine government is supporting the project. The security for the site are filipino soldiers!
Aside from DoM what sort of evidence can you provide that disproves the existence of a mine and gold?
I am a subject matter expert about the philippines, its what i do for a living. everything the company has stated is 100% accurate as far as references to areas, policies of the government and etc etc.
