Luther is a LIE! All those recent PR's were written by Vakser!
Luther is not smart enough to write with a Ukraine brain, that explains all the ignorant conjugation and illogical sentences in the press releases.
If there is a Luther, he is Vakser's puppet, hired by Vakser to be led by Vakser, to misguide investors into buying into the Vakser scam!
The best statement about this company was posted here once and I forget who did it but it is a great line that sums PRPM action,
it went something like this:
