This open my eye can you say millions and millions in damage that what caused to HJOE no wonder sales went to nothing and so damaged them they had to move factories these guys should be given a metal as most companies could of never survived that I mean its unreal. I think any investor needs to get a copy of Hangover Joe's lawsuit counter claim on PLN and that will open everyone eyes its public record and it's filled in federal court here in Georgia. GP logistic give me a break none of them are worth even mentioning beside TCA which if you have been following those filing in Florida there has been issued a stay now in that case so you know that something is about finished there. Look at Hangover Joe's PLN case and all the Rico violations on PLN that Hangover Joe's has filed its massive stuff. I think anyone can say its going to be a massive payday at some point for Hangover Joe's. I mean massive the damages are unreal. Maybe that why TCA lawyers filled a stay in that case as they know a settlement is maybe being worked, who knows but you like to slant the real facts and truth about this company all the time. I think those funding deals will be taken out by the PLN settlement and I expect its going to be massive now we know what really went wrong its all there to read. I suggest you educate yourself. Those ones you mention have all been resolved beside TCA and GP Global was no money like 5 k or less in your dreams its going under its getting funded massive and I say it won't be long I predict by the end of summer or before. Continue to bash when the press release hits about a multi million settlement with PLN what will you say and that is coming, I hope it actually goes to a jury trial it even be a bigger payday here in Georgia where this is filled in Atlanta. See HJOE attorney moved it to federal court in Georgia and Rico is triple damages, my buddy said he read the case and he explained it well to me and then said this judgment and damages are going to be massive. I also predict TCA to be taken out soon and that to will be a moot point. Do you really think 2mm is much debit for a beverage company I mean that really nothing when your going to have a shot in national chains coast to coast and international business rolling. I assume since most of the debit is so old they can settle it for 30 cents on the dollar or less so that 2mm will got to 600K or less in reality and PLN caused most of it and all the problems that has now totally been revealed now, it an eye opener for sure. I would like to point out 5hour and a few other brands were in worst shape than this and almost went under in the early days and this is the early days for this company, they have been public a little over a year and half now. I can tell you that its amazing that this company survived after what happen that I now know about and have read today. Now I understand why they moved beside out growing the plant they had no choice and when they did the company was damaged bad by PLN and this caused all the problems. This is what had troubled me I couldn't understand what had happen I thought they ran out of capital but PLN caused all the problems. I mean that is all directly related to what caused the problem we now know the truth after reading the filing. I am also amazed at how they kept this quite that also speak volume about these guys. I had no clue nor did anyone else. If you read that lawsuit Hangover Joe's points out that what caused the stock to go from 35 cents to 1 cent doing damage to the company and shareholders. I mean they did massive damage to this company and the stock and Hangover Joe's I predict will win millions and millions in damages on PLN. You all need to read it and it explains quite well and paints a perfect picture of what happen to this company. These guys should be given an award for keeping it together and surviving. This just goes to show what they are made of and made me believe even more in this company.
