They state in the 10K they have more than enough money to make a payment. It appears that its going to be cheaper for them to pay cash than to pay shares. We also know that the BOD just gave themselves a few hundred thousand shares *(not a few million) so they are not going to give themselves something worthless.
The info was already in the 10K. So its already primarily baked into the price imo. But of course I will add if we get a nice decline.
