here is dans reply to my email about the 10 k

we are on our 17th iteration of the final draft.

our auditors came up with an issue that they misread or understood late Friday on something that was disclosed 2 years ago. This whole exercise is crazy since they audited us last year and the years before.

This stupid issue was cleared up this morning, a new draft was sent to them, and now we are waiting for their approval.
