Both Dr. Moro and Gerald Wittingberg have again given themselves options which has been a normal occurrence and not unusual.

It is interesting that past history has shown that options have been given twice a year with the exception of 2005 where options were given three times with two of the option grants closely spaced on either side of the 2005 Abbott deal. The current March 9, 2006 grant of options is also early and may also precede another important BOCX announcement. We will just have to wait to see if the pattern of 2005 is repeated. kag
