The otc market states that the company must have a closing bid price of at least .01 at least one day out of the month. I read this on otcmarkets.com last night. I'll read it again but the way it reads is the company has already met this requirement for this month. Next month they will have to close at a bid price of at least .01 at least one trading day out of the month of May and their in the clear for another month and so on.
