They haven't put out anything that would lead to a halt IMO. It's been vague at best. Hundley's personal problems won't be much of an issue until he's found guilty or if he is. To get halted it seems you have to have blatant lies or insider trading, and the SEC hates it when you send out glossy bs mailers. None of which appear to be the case here.
