Caution by all parties is what has held this up IMO. All precautions taken, everyone in agreement IMO. It will be interesting to read the contract that the state gave its blessing to. I would bet our next permit from the state is MUCH faster. Hopefully we will NEVER have a partner again, if we do we will be negotiating from a position of power (as odyssey does today in deep water recovery).ALL OF THE ABOVE IS MY OPINION AND NOTHING MORE.
