Whenever they want to pay the fee to uplist to the OTCQB, to my knowledge all GCEI needs to do is become a SEC reporting company and pay the appropriate fees.

I believe its takes 30 to 60 days for the information to show up on OTC Markets site...in other words once the form 10 is filed GCEI might still show up on the OTC as being a pink sheet stock, however, once the form 10 is filed and the news of the uplist hits the wires don't expect the market to necessarily wait for 30 to 60 days to start jumping in...GO GCEI!!!
