GNCP - Sure there are. Just Google naked short selling and the many violations committed by market makers and brokers.

But not one officially filed reporting it to be investigated.

One won't find what one is not looking for.

And no doubt, GNCP is a hard target of downward price manipulation. 100 share trades into the bid are just one very visible example.
