Can you translate this to English for me

and also explain to me why it is a good thing for MMRF to be giving shares to such an entity to promote MMRF.

Hoovers "certificate" hanging on the wall I imagine really make an ideal genius on Health IT? Who else does Hoover write about in this space? Just MMRF? Was Hoover part of the MBG patent valuation? Is Hoover on the payroll of MMRF?
Why not just start a pennystock website for promoting health IT stocks and analysis. Doing some DD on BL may be good for the health.

I saw that late last night, but it is a federal rule change on health data that i was really talking about.

Obviously the move is from paper to digital. Everyone that realizes this change is coming with medical records has found MMRF because they own patents on it, but 100% of lab reports are unheard of...That is a very big percentage and of course those who DO NOT change will be taxed very heavily. This assures that change will happen.

On the receiving end is Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp, or any other lab (mine and many by me) that do not have electronic medical records.

If Quest Diagnostics falls to MMRF like Walgreens did, then expect MMRF the stock to be worth a whole lotta money.
