that's the question no one under stands, my guess Frank is trying to buy into enough companies to get the value of Wntr up enough so he can R/S and make it to NAZ. which is fine if the value is there,,,,this is only a guess on my part... also remember most of this selling has came after the pr about the fins being released . which means the fins are only going to show what happened up to Dec 31....
