Isn't Suspect the guy in the Henry Jan movie? I think the movie was so bad that they released it straight to VHS instead of DVD.

The movie is "The Grow Up".

Henry Jan is the Executive producer which generally means he came up with the money - and we know where the money came from - don't we.
