Never - Barring more information and depending on what that info says. No current info pr'd thus far gives any reason for a run. If we consider that already PR'd info has the pps here at the bottom for months now. So why do you think it should run? Obviously the market thinks your optimism is overstated thus far. I tend to think the market is correct in our case. I would love to see this run for good reasons. But I am not going to make stuff up as I wait.
