Also the application that needs to be filled out, cannot be by Peter Michaels, because of his past felony conviction, along with his $175K in child support, judgements, not to mention his unlawful detainer lawsuits where a business he was involved with didn't pay rent. USACig, is one of them.
So, if the application isn't filed out by him and Re-Medical doesn't have his name on it (you will see by the filing that it is only the Registered Agent) and USACig isn't registered in CO (or anywhere else I can find at this point) .. then how is it going to be related to Hop-On, Inc.
Then, there is Washington that stopped the application process last Dec 2013. And who or what company would want Michaels to "buy" their license, which I believe is also being talked about.
Over all, it doesn't look good for Michaels and his involvement in the cannabis business in CO or WA.
