I don't believe it, but let's pose the hypothetical that somehow QASP has been diluting, either via 504 or some other method or reason... could they be using NITE to buy back shares without the other shorts or MMs knowing? Maybe this is QASP's strategy against shorty, lull them into a false sense of security before buying back shares in order to firm up the float?
