It is probably pretty hard to explain why you lost $7 million and only produced $345k in gross profits, when you led everyone to believe you had over $15 million in "booked" revenues;

Now, who wants to invest in a start-up company who misleads investors on revenues? This should put every potential investor on RED ALERT before investing a penny in this money pit of despair.
