I agree with you on buying. but who is unloading today?? with all the positive news coming out, why would anyone unload at this level?? I guess like anything else there are those who want to keep the PPS at this level to stock up on more shares , can't blame them.. sorry for those who sell at these levels, because i believe in the very near future they will see they gave a lot of money by not waiting. IMHO
