Toe, I'm long and have a very strong position (purchased shares) in SVFC as I am a believer, but Skunk raises points that can't be ignored. If this company's potential is huge (and I think it is) why wouldn't they want the intellectual property for themselves? Trust me, I want all of us shareholders to benefit, not just YA. So why do you think he's wrong?
And what exactly is that agenda? Reading the terms of the YA deal?

I didn't write the YA Global deal and I didn't make this up. Everything I have written about comes directly from the terms of that agreement and I have LINKED to and quoted from the sections that are in question.
If you do not agree then explain to me what those sections mean and what impact they would or would not have if triggered.
