No, as I understand it vendor must have signed up for the contests far in advance. Apparently there was a lot of confusion about the contest process. For example, everyone agreed that MINE had one of the best booths, it was 3 stories, but they were not even mentioned in the best booth contest. SPLI also had what is reported to be one of the best looking booths there.
