Seems like the Secretary of State of Delaware isn't shareholder friendly? They allowed the Preferred C Shares knowing it was going to overstep the common shareholders voting rights. Is the business of NEOM that important to the Sec of State of Delaware that they would allow anything at NEOM just so NEOM can keep the doors open.
