well if that's the case and your accounts the same as mine you should be able to see that you can't take any action (e.g. sell orders, limit orders, buy orders) until PHOT becomes current again. One would have to imagine that the only orders which will get triggered are STOP LOSS orders if they were put in prior to the halting. Right?
