For what? The feds have discovery on the SPNG insider crooks and they plead guilty. The BK judge is in charge of the chapter 7 liquidation and have very little money.

So far the only one who have stolen any money are the insiders and their gang

If you want to go after this unproven shorty - the share holders are going to have to fund the discovery
