See the $200,000.00 debt added to the filings from 2012..

On January 10, 2012 the Company acquired VersaGreen Energy Corporation in a share
exchange the Company acquired 100% of the stock in exchange for shares of it Series
AA Preferred stock. At the time of closing the Company’s
sole Officer and Director Gene
Caiazzo resigned and Chris Clarke assumed the role of President and Director. The
Company entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement with Mr. Caiazzo to purchase
2,500,000 shares of Convertible Preferred stock he owned in the C
ompany for
$200,000, which the Company issued Mr. Caiazzo a Convertible Note

Nor the 2nd qtr. nor the 1st nor in ANY of the 2012 disclosures...

It seems Conman Clarke has pulled more debt to add to the balance sheet out of thin air AGAIN just like with the Rollings Sub...

But everyone knows its NOT Conman Clarke calling the shots in this shell.
