When I was a kid, I once had to deconsolidate my younger brother's Easter candy. I learned you can't consolidate candy you don't own just because it looks so good.
Now I've learn that EWSI can't consolidate revenue they didn't earn just because it makes their financial statements look good, lol.
We'll just have to wait for the 10Q for Q1/14. Who knows, it's not audited, maybe the revenue will be back in the millions, ya think?
