I had only seen the first letter before today. Regardless, this is proof that they knew the SEC wasn't satisfied with their findings. I would imagine the sudden unloading of shares by principals after the investigation caused the SEC to impose the suspension. That seems more sensible than insiders knowing the halt was going to occur on the date it occurred. IMO Just seems strange that Hunt seemed to sell his shares in a way that wouldn't crash the pps by selling in smaller chunks of shares albeit a large number of transactions but Sterling filed the form4 for a 5 million share sell! Also can the SEC require PHOT to eradicate the 2B new shares approved by Jan shareholder vote?? GLTA
