With trades into the multi millions.........the stock price does not move. It appears that the stock is being held down by UBSS.

I am from IHub http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=4486
and we have felt that most on this board has owned the O/S which in January was reported at 2.5 Billion.

Yet we see endless amounts of trading going on and no sustained upticks for the last month or so!

I feel it maybe dilution of one kind or another. I have attempted to ask Sandy Winick ([e-mail]) if he had any knowledge of this, but I have not recieved a response on this matter from him. I have attempted to contact BKMP's TA to discuss share structure and they never return my phone calls! Others on IHub have complained of the same dead ends to these concerns.

I attempted 03/09/2006 to speak with UBSS (203-719-7400), but they told me they are precluded from talking to individual investors such as myself.

Please help me and other BKMP investors learn if their company is being diluted illegally.
