Do you really think they have more concern over getting the TTDZ filings done than their own? They are thru with TTDZ except for a few obligations, such as this one. Privileged is going to take care of it's own before doing any work for TTDZ. And the same auditor would be doing the work for both. If they can't get their own filing done in time, what makes you think they are in a hurry to get the work done for TTDZ?
