I would like to emphasize again that if dilution keeps taking place to keep SGLB afloat for operating funds, then a RS will be inevitable and for bad reasons. It's all about the company making some money. "EARNINGS"

I agree with Silversmith. A R/S is negative and I have not seen it work well in penny land. It is a way to steal shares. If the goal ( and I'm just making this up) is to get to $10 a share, then put out the PR's to reach it. A company that I followed TRXC that deals with robotic surgeries just had one and the shareholders took a hell if a haircut. It was trading at $2. They did a 5/1 split to get it to $10 so they could list on the exchange(your 1000 shares is now 200).It immediately went down. And they came with a PR last week saying that the shares they had were to be relisted again at $4 overnight.Essentially making your initial $2000 investment into only $800. Strong PR's beat slight of hand anyday in my opinion. GLTA
