Lenders own 34 per cent. imo and analysis... That was easy to prove. The other 10 percent that they dumped is also easy to prove. There are posters that claim "THE LENDERS ARE DOING THE DUMPING>> I posted earlier, the percentages owned by each Lender according to the SC13 G's etc..Filings_speak_for_themselves you understand..Wolf

Here is the Radient Filings..Proof that the lenders can own up to 44 percent of the outstanding.

http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=&match=&CIK=rxpc&filenum=&State=&Country=&SIC=&owner=exclude&Find=Find+Companies&action=getcompany

The Takeover Groups..Radient Lenders and the maximum percentage ownership allowed of common stock.

St. George.... 9.99%
Kingsbrook.....9.99%
Whalehaven.....9.99%
Alpha Capital..9.99%
Kopin Mitchell.1.00%
Iroquois.......1.00%
Bristol........1.00$

43.96 Percent of shares can be owned by ALL of the Lenders

The Creeping Takeover group should be at 46 percent. It appears some of the lenders are less than their maximum. If two of the lenders are at 4.99 percent instead of 9.99 %, then the creeping takeover group could have 56 percent of the outstanding.
When I totaled all the volume since the conversions, it appears that we had more volume than shares in the float. The reason because it appears two lenders lowered their ownership to 4.99 percent. That is about dumping 225 million shares a piece for a total of 450 million...

"Just One More Thing"

450 million shares is the amount of shares we longs own. That is the difference..What we stole from them legally you understand..I wonder whose 94 million shares I creeped from them on July 12, 2013 at .0001? Wolf

Easy to prove that the lenders do NOT own 34%.

If any of these entities in this list owned 9.99% of Radient, they would HAVE to file Schedule 13's and keep them current. These are reporting entities in this list.

The lack of current Schedule 13's is irrefutable proof that none of the lenders in this list own 5% or more.

There is no point discussing THIS further, unless someone can produce a current Schedule 13.

The interesting thing about a Schedule 13 is: if one existed, the reporting entity would have to reveal by the Schedule selected (D or G) whether it was part of a Takeover or Merger.
