I have seen a lot of MMJ companies like this that hover in the .01-.025 range for a few months and then release news that sends the pps significantly higher. Supposedly, PIHN has very substantial news to release soon that will be a game changer. With the low float, this could make a substantial move soon.. Possibly setting a much higher 52 week high. It's only a matter of time.
