Agree that the only winners in class action are the legal parasites. You have a much greater chance of recovering some or all of your investment by holding. Not saying do it just that your odds are better. I know. Takes years and you MIGHT get pennies while they collect big for doing you the favor. Kind of similar the the useless sec that claims this is to PROTECT investors. Huh? Protect you by wiping out the equity value in the shares you hold. That s criminal in and of itself. Hammer those you feel are responsible and give them their day in court and leave us to trade as we wish knowing there is an ongoing investigation into insider actions. This protects only their salary by the way that is paid by confiscating our labor through taxes. So there you have it. We paid the sec to destroy our investment.
