Absolutely Petron Benefited but let's not forget again that under current organizational structure
FLOYD SMITH IS PETRON AND PETRON IS FLOYD SMITH.

Hate to mention it again but forced to but
NOW TELL ME HOW COMMON SHAREHOLDERS BENEFITED
FROM DILUTION,
FROM SHARE PRICE LOOSING 99%,
FROM SHARE PRICE BECOMING A SUBPENNY AND BEING MANIPULATED AND PLAYED BY MMS,
FROM BAKKEN FIASCO,
FROM FS BI-WEEKLY SHOWS (INTERVIEWS)
FROM CONSTANTLY DELAYED PRODUCTION,
FROM CONSTANTLY DELAYED financials (speaking of, where is the 1Q financials)................

I am sorry I am strictly looking from the position of common shareholder and anybody who is in my position would understand my viewpoints and would never defend FS actions up to date.

Anybody who is not a common shareholder and has other objectives then, in their mind, may be Floyd Smith is the best CEO and they see him the next Steve Jobs in oil industry.
IMHO

without enough production to support company cost and cost of staying current, there is no other option.
