One most important thing you have forgotten is Dr. Sloan is sitting on the BD of TMM before the current law suit was filed by TMMI. Do you think Mr. Solan will not give advice to TMM not to file the suit if after consulting to the legal attorney that TMM has no chance to win ? There are something you do not know at all and TMM is 100% sure it will win and that is why the law suit was filed even Dr. Solan was on the board who knows the history the most
