Fool you forget those 29 have been there for the whole journey. They know who the crooks are and they know its not Panik. They know what Simpson and Fernandez and Haskins promised verbally and in writing. They know THOSE guys lied and cheated them and stole money from them. Now those guys are trying to do it again and have ZERO chance of succeeding.

DFI never owned anything, end of story.

I AGREE they don't see that,but that is very possible!!.Larry Panik needs to think about what he will do 6/18 there is a lot more at stake then just the codec;Crimmal Charges for all involved from the Defendants side as TMMI TRUDEF moves onward and upward Worldwide!!. FracknFrick says Larry Panik has friends with deep pockets;Okay and what about those LOI's you might as well kiss those goodbye as well!!.
