This sounds like the companys past because of the dates.

Between the 2 is the deal that is terminated.

The other thing is the 20M Yuan deal... that is a $2M deal. pretty tiny for a JV.
The 330M Yuan is $40M so that is a nice deal but I am wondering if this is just a chinese version of a pink sheet company.
It is very hard to tell with the translation issues and search limits but it is not easy to learn much about the Hebei Gold Co.
