at the least, 400 Million shorts...

Possibility 780 Million shares of DUTV...

Restricted form SREH, the not so complete PTEL deal... imo

But simpler H&G went after ENTI 1st or I should I say NPTC ( Encounter Development Technologies Inc) which I believe will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Encounter without taking position through equity investment...etc...
