Having the idea that Nice Dreams could sell at a Ben and Jerry's scoop shop would mean B&J's picks up the ice cream as flavors of it's own, because they don't sell other company brands. That's what we're discussing right? That B&J's would do a partnership or branding?

BW's recent tweet stated Nice Dreams was being entertained by scoop shops, and I made a loose statement that B&J's calls their ice cream serving locations scoop shops this week. The BBDA PR mentioned B&J statistics and line of treats comparisons. BW used a B&J carton underneath the C&C Nice Dreams examples. But the lack of BBDA PRs stating B&J's branding means to me that RSI, the BBDA subsidiary set up to handle Nice Dreams branding, will be the only branding and local "scoop shops" probably in NC will be selling the ice cream.

3/24/14 PR: "Company executives are confident that creative licensing launched with the flagship brand, Cheech and Chong's Nice Dreams Relaxation Ice Cream, will impact RSI similarly to Ben & Jerry's of Relaxation Frozen Treats. Ben & Jerry's is at $132 million in annual sales as of April 4, 2012, according to StatisticBrain.com."

3/19/14 PR: "Weber continues, "It's funny- in business as in life, how sometimes things just fall into place once you've sewn the seeds. We've worked tirelessly to identify the right fit for brands and products and after having been featured in 'O' Magazine, we've reached a new level; but this is just the beginning given our next announcement and the subsequent interest I'm confident we'll achieve in a brand that marries the Relaxation and health benefits of KOMA Unwind crossed with the novelty of a Ben and Jerry's line of treats.""
