Actually, the Wayback Machine shows that Vista Bank redid their website mid-2013.

But the merger ain't a done deal yet:

The merger is subject to shareholder and regulatory approval and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2013.

We'll just have to wait and see what happens. Hmmmm...I wonder if Community Bank of Texas knows about Vista Bank's relationship with Empasys and penny stock, CYBK?

The merger was between Community Bank of Texas and Vista Bank Texas, not the "Vista Bank" of CYBK fame!

Vista Bank Texas is a whole nother bank. What a hoot, as we used to say when I worked a summer in Houston! Vista Bank remains a little podunk bank in Ralls, TX.
