1. Baron has not sought to convert TGGI'S debt yet.

2. Baron has never received any shares from TGGI yet.

3. Baron is in constant contact with TGGI and will collect on its debt in the future.

Baron Capital financed TGGI for 300k plus 170k in interest. That's roughly 600 million to 1.5 billion shares based on recent trading range. However, they will probably need more shares to convert because the pps will drop when the conversion starts.
