Well, I was referring to the shaky geo-political climate rather than investors. I don't see why ARR can't maintain the dividend through 2014, although I think the yield will rise. Translation: ARR's share price is heading for a fall. But I have no clue when.

I bought MMM in 2008 as well. Stocks that have a history of dividend growth while remaining a low yielder... That is the secret sauce!!
