Show me one is a real penny stock that hasn't been hijacked. And it was really about shares he printed illegally. It really wasn't about NSS. From the SEC compliant:
"The complaint also alleges that Pino issued false press releases between May 2 and July 13, 2005, and issued millions of shares of fraudulent BCIT stock to himself and others"
ISSUED. That is not NSS.
BCIT was an anomaly, and does not apply to any other penny stock. Except that many others illegally issue shares and put out bogus news releases, too. This stock is likely an example of both.
