IMO, According to some emails that have been released for public consumption, it appears that David W Turner was released from his temporary Interim CFO position when Peter discovered the shenanigans that David W Turner was pulling behind his back with a certain party to sneakily acquire ownership of Peters Company!
No i will not pull up the documents again as they have been provided in earlier post.
IMO, We have endured daily banter from David W Turner about everything under the sun pertaining to perceived litigation that was a slam dunk........YET....David W Turner IMO, has not been correct yet, even though he has claimed unlimited legal knowledge in all cases in both Texas and Florida.
IMO, I think its time that David W Turner get back to work as a "CPA" and let the judges and Lawyers hear AND rule on the facts!
NOW THAT IS THE AMERICAN WAY!
