One word: alcohol. Never used pot a day in my life, but would rather have it legal than alcohol if given the choice. There's no comparison between the two. Alcohol related deaths blows marijuana out of the water and you guessed it, 100% legal. I know the comparison may be cliche by now, but it IS an important one in this ongoing debate.
