No, you either take over their business or they have to pay to license the patent. Suing would be smart. But the question is, should they be spending time using companies or should they be spending time bringing in more clients.

B ry... Disagree. Going after patent infringers is good business. If they are using our patent backend process they are not clients but competition.

Let them sign up for a license and we get a percentage of each transaction.

Theres way too much money involved not to go after them.

Im sure Ed will get a patent lawyer involved soon.
